Refunds & Cancellations

Refund and cancellation review depends on the product type, delivery status, and confirmed scope. Stock digital model orders may be cancellable before file access is delivered. Custom production may be cancellable before work begins; once production time, acquired data, conversion work, or delivery preparation has started, refundable amounts may be limited to the unused portion of the agreed scope.

Digital goods principle

Anyscape products are digital professional assets. Once a stock model, terrain file, custom AOI, update, or other paid digital deliverable has been made available to the customer, refunds may be limited because the customer has received access to non-returnable digital content.

Stock model cancellations

A stock digital model order may be cancelled before the model files or private download access have been delivered. After delivery access has been issued, cancellation is generally not available unless Anyscape failed to provide the purchased product or the delivered product is materially different from the confirmed order.

Custom work cancellations

Custom AOI work, city updates, data cleanup, terrain refinement, and format conversion may be cancelled before production begins. If production has already started, Anyscape may retain the portion of the price that covers completed work, committed production time, acquired data, conversion work, project setup, or other non-recoverable costs.

Refund eligibility

  • A duplicate payment was made for the same order.
  • A payment was captured but Anyscape cannot provide the confirmed digital product or agreed custom service.
  • The delivered file package is materially different from the confirmed product description and Anyscape cannot reasonably correct it.
  • A cancellation request is accepted before stock delivery access or custom production begins.

Non-refundable cases

  • The customer changed their mind after receiving file access.
  • The customer selected the wrong city, AOI, file format, or license after confirmation and delivery.
  • The customer cannot use the file because of unsupported third-party software, hardware limits, or workflow assumptions that were not confirmed before purchase.
  • Custom production time, acquired data, or conversion work has already been completed under the agreed scope.

How to request cancellation or refund review

Send the order reference, customer name, contact email address, product or custom scope, payment date, and reason for the request to order@anyscape.io. Anyscape will review the request against these terms, the confirmed order scope, delivery records, and payment-provider status.
