Information Anyscape may collect
- Inquiry details such as requested city, area of interest, project type, company name, name, email address, and message content.
- Order contact details such as customer name, company, email address, phone number, billing or legal address, and delivery contact.
- Project scope information such as requested geography, scale, format, use case, delivery schedule, licensing needs, and custom update requirements.
- Payment-adjacent records such as order reference, payment status, transaction reference from the payment provider, invoice details, refund status, and dispute information.
- Technical website information such as basic server logs, browser/device information, timestamps, and security records needed to operate and protect the site.
Card details
Anyscape does not collect or store full card numbers, card verification codes, or card expiry details directly on Anyscape.io. If card payments are enabled in the future, card entry and payment authorization will be handled by the authorized payment provider.
How information is used
- To respond to inquiries and prepare quotes for stock models, custom AOI work, updates, terrain models, and format conversion.
- To confirm purchase scope, price, payment status, delivery format, delivery contact, and licensing terms.
- To deliver digital files, issue updated links, provide support, and keep delivery records.
- To evaluate cancellation, refund, duplicate-payment, chargeback, or dispute requests.
- To meet accounting, tax, legal, payment-provider, bank, card-network, fraud-prevention, and regulatory obligations.
Sharing information
Anyscape may share necessary order, payment status, contact, and compliance information with payment providers, banks, accounting providers, legal advisers, delivery infrastructure providers, or authorities where needed to provide the service, protect the transaction, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable law.
Anyscape does not sell customer personal information.
Retention
Order, delivery, accounting, support, and payment-adjacent records may be retained for the period needed to provide services, support customers, resolve disputes, comply with tax and accounting duties, and respond to bank or payment-provider requests. For future TBC E-Commerce transactions, relevant cardholder/order contact data may need to be available to the bank upon request for at least six months from the transaction date.

Customers may contact hello@anyscape.io or [PHONE] to request access, correction, or deletion review for personal information. Some records may need to be retained where required for accounting, legal, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, or regulatory reasons.
