Delivery Policy

All Anyscape products are delivered digitally. Delivery may be completed through a private download link, secure file transfer, project workspace, or direct email where file size allows. Delivery timing depends on whether the order is a stock digital model, a custom AOI, an update, or a format-preparation request, and may require order review before files are released.

Digital delivery method

Anyscape delivers digital model files through a private download link, secure file transfer, project workspace, or direct email where file size allows. Delivery is made to the order contact or receiving party confirmed during purchase or scope approval.

No physical shipping fee applies to standard digital delivery. Any special storage, transfer, escrow, enterprise security, or physical media requirement must be agreed separately before purchase.

Stock digital models

Stock digital models can normally be prepared for delivery after payment confirmation and successful order review. Delivery timing may vary depending on file size, format preparation, license checks, payment confirmation, and any customer-specific requirements.

Custom AOI, updates, and format work

Custom areas of interest, city updates, terrain refinement, model cleanup, layer preparation, and format conversion are not treated as immediate-download products. They require confirmation of scope, geography, scale, level of detail, available source data, delivery format, and schedule before production begins.

Estimated delivery dates for custom work are provided in the quotation or scope confirmation. If the customer changes the AOI, format, license, scale, or quality requirements after work begins, Anyscape may revise the delivery schedule and price.

File formats

Available formats depend on the product and scope. Typical delivery formats may include OBJ, FBX, GLB or glTF, Blender, Rhino, SketchUp, GeoTIFF, mesh terrain, or other agreed professional formats. Not every format is available for every city, terrain product, or custom AOI.

Delivery exceptions

  • Payment confirmation is delayed, reversed, rejected, or under review.
  • The requested area or model format requires additional clarification.
  • Source-data availability, licensing, or quality is insufficient for the requested use.
  • The requested delivery destination, customer, or use case creates legal, sanctions, export-control, or card-network risk.
  • The customer does not provide a valid receiving contact or required order information.

Acceptance records

For custom or enterprise deliveries, Anyscape may request confirmation of receipt and acceptance from the named receiving party. Where required by contract, bank review, or local compliance expectations, this may include a written or digital transfer and acceptance record identifying the receiving party name and delivered files.
